Hyundai's version of the likes of VW Multivan of Mercedes-Benz Viano vans, the iMax is a clever package at an affordable price. Hyundai iMax has room eight passengers and comes with a choice of a 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine or 2.5-litre four-cylinder common rail turbodiesel. The petrol iMax model is rated at 129kW/228Nm and offered with a four-speed automatic while the diesel iMax, which produces 125kW of power and 392Nm of torque from 2000-2500rpm, comes with a five-speed manual.
