Thank you for providing a website which makes buying a new car much easier than having to do heaps of research and footwork, when searching manually for one. I received a phone message from a salesperson from your accredited dealer in less than 1 hour of sending the request to discountnewcars. I later responded to this message purely as a courteous call as their location is in Geraldton which is approximately 1200 km from my home and 400km from Perth -- where I wanted to pick the vehicle up from. Basically, my wife regularly travels to Perth and wanted to drive the vehicle back to Karratha. (Geraldton in on the way to Karratha from Perth) Salesperson detailed that their dealership could organise collection from a Perth Dealer, and after a short discussion it became evident that the Geraldton location could actually be beneficial to us - as we could have the vehicle serviced whenever we are passing through. I believe it is important to note this as I had no intention of buying from your dealership purely based upon my own assumptions of their location Then came the actual deal. My wife started the process the day before by talking with some dealers in Perth. They continually hounded her all day with the hard sell -- to the point that she didn't want to answer the phone. It really was the car yard horror story that everyone is so eager to talk about. The accredited DNC dealer was the total opposite, she wanted to sell to me, and she achieved this with a methodical approach. At no point did I feel pressured or receive any type of hard sell. I believe that she realised - I wanted to buy - she wanted to sell --- and she purely facilitated the transaction on this basis. After the deal was closed, I was happy enough to send an email directly to the salesperson, thanking her for her efforts. This email was responded to me by the Dealer Principal thanking me for the acknowledgement of his staff and how important this type of feedback was to the individual and the dealership. To me this demonstrates solid depth and leadership within the Dealership. So -- as of late Friday I have entered into a Contract to Buy. This is only the first step, as I don’t as yet know when the vehicle will be available, but it is the step that I have been putting off purely because of previous dealing with other dealerships. I have found your accredited dealership to be an absolute pleasure to deal with, thus far, and have already started spreading the word that they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

As for the dealer, yes, I am most impressed with dealership and salesman. He called back the very same day and he was polite, courteous & helpful. He followed up quickly with a price for me. After using your web site to see the price of new cars I was contacted by a salesman from your accredited Honda dealership. Over the couple of calls we had discuss cars and pricing I though I should shop around with other Honda Dealers around Sydney to see if they could get a better deal , I could not and after going to see him( I live at Emu Plains which is 75km away) he promised I would not leave without buying a car. I laugh and thought he was just making a joke, to my pleasant surprise when I arrived he was waiting for us and greeted us and was very friendly and answered any questions we had on the new car. After an hour and a half he came back with a real completive price with our trade in but after he did is a figure the price he offered us was $1509 cheaper than the nearest price from another dealership we had been negotiating with and $2359 better than another Honda dealership we also spoke to. So I’m glad to say we purchased our new Honda Civic Sports and I can’t be more happy with the way we where treated with respect and kindness as well as saving $1500.
