The Fiesta came to Australia in 2004 with the reputation of being a Euro hatch able to come out fighting in the light car class. It's certainly up to the task, with three and five-door variants and the choice of two engines -- a 1.6-litre 74kW/146Nm DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder and a 2.0-litre 110kW/190Nm four in the XR4 version.
